The project proposes a calm, rational residential architecture rooted directly in the conditions of the site. The development follows the natural topography and existing landscape, minimizing intervention while embracing its intrinsic potential.
A modular and repeatable building system ensures high economic efficiency, while maintaining spatial quality and a clear urban structure. The architecture is based on simple, durable materials and a subtle interplay of rhythm, color, and texture.
At its core, the design introduces semi-public courtyards—spaces for meeting, interaction, and everyday life. The result is a sustainable, phased development that provides a calm background for living and evolves in harmony with its surroundings.
